We offer you service and quality at the highest level with our analytical devices.
Niton XLi
X-Ray Fluorescent Analyser
The Niton XLi is a portable element analyser, which uses radiation to stimulate the sample to be measured (source: Am 241).
This analyser is operated by our professional radiological safety officers and our specifically trained specialist staff.
The device is at the cutting edge of analysis technology; you can analyse and evaluate almost all heavy metals and the measuring accuracy is in the ppm range. The analysis values can be viewed directly on the analyser’s display and also printed our via a PC interface as needed. It automatically stores approx. 1,000 analysis values and can even evaluate these as a diagram if desired. Solid metals, shavings, dust, wires and sheet steel can be analysed.
This enables us to differentiate between different alloys and qualities and, thus, to achieve the highest possible level of valuation.
Spectro
Policon - Quicktest
The Policon – Quicktest device is a spectral analyser, which works with argon rinsing.
This analyser is operated by our specifically trained specialist staff.
You can analyse and evaluate almost all heavy and light metals with this device, such as silicium, magnesium, aluminium etc. – the measuring accuracy is in the ppm range.
This enables us to differentiate between different alloys and qualities and, thus, to achieve the highest possible level of valuation.
The device’s measuring pistol is applied at right angles to the sample to be measured; the silver electrodes and the measuring window must be in contact with the test sample. The electrode burns a small hole in the metal (similar to a laser) and evaluates the data collected from the sample.
